Anniversary Party
We can't believe it, but Strictly Ballroom has had its doors open for eight
years!
On September 25th we will have a black tie affair with a catered meal,
dancing, and a professional show.
Dinner starts at 6:00pm and dancing will go
until midnight. We plan to donate a portion of the evening's proceeds to
benefit USA Dance.
We are especially honored that Mr. Ron Bennett, our teacher and mentor, will
be with us for the evening affairs. Many of you know this ballroom legend.
We plan to honor him for his many contributions to the ballroom world and
our beautiful studio.

Performing Couples Group Cha-Cha - Sat. Sept 4th at 6pm
We hope hurricane Earl will not be an issue for our area this weekend... stay tuned for updates as the weather rolls in. We realize some of you will have to miss the first week due to Holiday plans - we will get you caught up, no worries! As usual, we do need folks to register for this class so, please let us know if you are going to participate. If you have a dance partner and are interested in performing, this is the group class for you! We will be working on a Cha-Cha performance for the Christmas Party, Dec. 11th. The Wednesday Night Dance Party is staying - by popular demand! This Open Dance will continue to be FREE if you are currently taking weekly private lessons; otherwise admission is $12 per person. Break up your work week with some dancing! Beginner Lesson from 7-8pm (each week is a different dance to try) and then we'll have open dancing from 8pm till about 10pm.

Our Dance Parties include a Beginner or an Intermediate-Advanced Group Lesson from 7 - 8pm on Wednesday and Saturday nights. The classes are held in separate rooms, so choose your level when you sign in & our staff will let you know which room your class is in.The cost for our party is $12 per person and admission includes your choice of Beginner or Intermediate Group Lesson - we hope you can make it by 7pm! Then from 8 - 10pm there is DJed Ballroom, Latin and Swing dancing in the main ballroom. Please see our calendar for the scheduled dance lesson - each week is something different!
Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio is proud to make our home in Fredericksburg, VA - teaching excellent dance fundamentals and providing a clean and safe environment. We have a huge facility (9000 square feet) with two ballrooms for your dancing pleasure! We have a flexible aerobic flooring, which makes dance more enjoyable with less stress on the knees.
We established Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio to share our love and the benefits of dancing by providing a family oriented, positive and knowledgeable atmosphere that allows you to interact with people and learn a life long skill. Our personal goal and privilege is teaching people to dance.
Dancing at our studio will help you improve your dancing skills, exercise, socialize and give you a creative outlet. No partner is necessary.
